Atmosphere: medium with enough seating inside.
customer service: friendly
price: market value
food: had an assortment of shared dishes. It is all DIY noodles but we shared our creations with each other. -

It's like a DIY noodle assembly place with 17 toppings. I went with the Holy Cow option which came with the 16 toppings on a tray and a few slices of raw beef with your soup. I also chose the non spicy broth. (Although once you put some of the preserved veggies and spiced ground meat in, it gets a little spicy). There's an instruction sheet to help you get started which I totally needed!
I thoroughly enjoyed my noodles on a cold rainy Vancouver evening. It's a little on the pricey side at $16.95 per tax but it's a nice little treat and change from all the ramen places. -

This was a suggestion from a friend who said this place has some really nice noodles.
I was underwhelmed and slightly disappointed. The presentation was amazing as you can see in the picture. The broth was not as strong as I was hoping. The noodles were pretty standard. The veggies were not as fresh as I would have liked them to be.
The parking situation was horrendous. I did come at an off peak time and the store was not that packed but the service was slow and took a lot of me getting up to get what I needed, including the check. -

The food wasn't bad, but oily and nothing special. Made a reservation, so didn't have to wait too long. The service was meh. Had to try really hard to get the server's attention. Menu selection was small too.
On street pay parking outside. -

This charmingly decorated restaurant features authentic, high-quality spicy soup dishes with noodles. The taste is so satisfying and addictive. I usually get the "HOT IN POT".
Any day of the week, you'll see that it's mostly filled with Chinese patrons. This is a great sign for any Chinese restaurant.
I absolutely recommend the sesame glutinous rice balls for dessert. AMAZING SAUCE.
